Congress Fees will be deposited to the relevant IBAN between the dates specified in the congress calendar and no payment will be accepted during the congress.
Hotel and participation fees will not be refunded for registration cancellations after the payment of fees.
Hotel invoice will be sent to your e-mail address after the congress. VAT is included in all payments.

Participation fee for students is 50 Dolars and 60 Dolars for others. This fee is not included in the accommodation fee or day trip fee. Everyone who will attend the congress is obliged to pay the participation fee and accommodation or day trip fee. [(50 Dolars + Accommodation Fee or Day Trip Fee for Students) (60 Dolars + Accommodation Fee or Day Trip Fee for Academicians)]
Those who want to stay in a single room must pay 50% more than the fee in the table above. For example, if a guest will stay in a double room for 55 Dolars, he/she has to pay 80 Dolars when staying alone.
Academicians who will stay in a double room are kindly requested to inform the friend they will stay with. Those who do not report a friend will be tried to be given a friend. Those who cannot find a companion agree to pay the single rate.
Children 0-06 years old are free of charge, 07-12 years old are 50% discounted (valid for one child)
Check-in time is 09.00, check-in time is 14.00. The departure time is 11.00.
The above rules apply for those who will attend the congress as a listener. They will pay Participation and Daily or Hotel Fee.
Participants will be able to benefit from all the facilities of the day they attend until 22.00 in the evening.
Congress Participants can attend with their families if they wish. The fee is the same and they will benefit from all the facilities of the hotel. Congress materials are excluded.
